About Us
ALL PET LOW COST SURGERY CENTER opened in January of 2024 in the old "All Pet" building, which has been newly remodeled. We are providing a wide range of surgical services from small mass removals and laceration repairs, to the urgent and emergent surgeries pet's experience every day. It is our goal to reduce the number of pets euthanized for "fixable" issues by improving access to surgical care.
If your pet is in need of surgery and cost is an issue, please talk to your Veterinarian about contacting us.
Having a sick or injured pet is incredibly hard. That's why we strive to provide compassionate care, consistent communication, and respect to help make this process easier for your family. Our goal is to return your pet to their normal, healthy and happy state.

Our Services
dr. mark petersmann
Veterinarian
Dr. Petersmann has been with us since February of 2017. He loved all things Science in high school and college, and he knew he wanted to help animals. Those 2 things led him to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine.
When not at work, Dr. Petersmann enjoys spending time with is wife, Alyssa, his son, Hugh, and their 4 dogs and 3 cats. He also enjoys cooking and wine, and anything outdoors related. Dr. Petersmann also has a close working relationship with multiple rescue groups and shelters in the area.
He's looking forward to working with you and your pet!
jessica johnson
Manager
Jessica has been with us since December of 2016, and received her Registered Veterinary Technician credentials in 2020. She knew since she was a little girl she wanted to work with animals. To this day it remains her passion and desire to ensure that everyone (pets and their people) get the absolute best love and care possible.
In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family: Fiance, Austin, son, Sylas and their Sheltie, Sparky. Nerf gun battles are a VERY common occurence in their household! They enjoy anything outdoors, hiking, and traveling.

JULIE PETERS, RVT
Registered Veterinary Technician
Julie joined Noah's in July of 2023. She grew up on a family farm which started her love of animals early.
She's worked in the veterinary field in various capacities, including General Practice, shelters and Emergency Medicine. Her ultimate passion is surgery, which makes her a perfect fit for the surgery center.
Her family includes her son Cade, and 4 cats named Bug, Bear, Bison and Nugget. They enjoy camping, kayaking and volunteering at the local shelter. Julie is looking forward to helping you and your pet.
mindy mencias, rvt
Registered Veterinary Technician
Mindy has been with us since October of 2023. She wanted to work in veterinary medicine because of her love of animals. She used to watch Animal ER and knew that's what she wanted to do.
Her family includes 3 Shiloh Shepherds named Envy, Fuse and Clover, She does dock diving and conformation with them.
In her spare time she enjoys traveling for dog shows and meets up with friends across the country.
We're glad to have Mindy on our team!
